While this is exciting and rewarding, the old paradigms of corporate governance and management theories of command & control models have been breaking fast. Now, new technological and agile principles are driving leaders into uncertain territories, strategies, operating models and technological and business services that define what our organizations will hopefully become and how we govern them to ensure we thrive.

Some folks ask why we created this site outside of our own corporations. We believe the information we share here is not a competitive advantage but only helps to ensure that we don't waste opportunities or create 'rework' for ourselves.
The individuals, partners, and teams that started this initiative need to manage these realities and challenges that we discuss within this portal on a daily basis. The ocean of self-promoting, academic, and generalist books and resources available simply no longer inform us adequately of the new realities and changes we must prepare to manage for our organizations, executives, customers, and ourselves.

That is why when it comes to governance, we have been selective in how this book and the online resource have been designed to share information to different audiences. We want to give each of you the right experience and the right path to get the information, data and guidance you deserve.
